  I've had gym memberships for 20+ years and this gym is absolutely amazing! Not only is the entire staff super friendly and extremely knowledgeable, the equipment selection is some of the best I've seen. I love that they provide onsite hydrotherapy and have an ex-MMA competitor on staff (Lee) to lead their onsite kickboxing/MMA training programs. Tom has gone way above and beyond what anyone would expect from a typical gym experience! He genuinely wants to provide you the best fitness experience possible!
